Anyone know of a good medical billing lawyer. My Dr. defrauded the ins. Co., and now I have the bill HELP?

I have already qustioned the coding. And called everyone. I even contacted the insurance company. They said I need to have the Dr. call them but they are not doing it. And for some goodness know reason Bc/Bs will not call the Dr. I even called to report the problem on their fraud line. No help there either.

You don't need a lawyer. The Insurance Co. will prosecute if indeed there were instances of fraud.
