If you have a injury case against a hotel in Jamaica (island) who pays for medical reports-attorney or client?

- I'd be willing to bet the client and then if the injured wins the lawsuit they might be able to claim the costs of reports under the settlement in addition to the hotel paying hospital fees, court fees, yadda yadda yadda. I'm not a lawyer or anything near it, but that just makes sense. I have no education about Jamaican law though, if you were visiting them, you're on their turf and therefor play by their rules for the most part! Unless it was the US Embassy:)
- Generally, the answer would depend upon your agreement with your attorney, as to who pays the up-front costs of the litigation.
