medical malpractice claim for heart blockage caused by too many shots of Novacain

- talk to a lawyer
- Novocaine for what? It wouldn't have an effect on a heart that wasn't in trouble to begin with. If you already had a heart problem, it was your responsibility to inform the doctor administering the novocaine.
- If he knew or ought to have known what damage it could cause, and the Novacain caused it, and he was negligent in treating this person... etc - i.e. many complex factors are taken into account and you talk to a lawyer, you might be able to sue.
- That sounds like a long shot...
