2. The first one that comes to mind is a Jon Bortnick at 1222 McGee, KCMO 64106 816-221-2470. His brother and father are MDs and he has an inside track to doctors. You apparently have to get a certifying Dr to say the other doctor messes up. He has a genuine understanding of legal and medical issues. He has consistently brought in high settlements and verdicts. He is an aggressive former prosecutor who is honest as the day is long. If he takes your case it is $ in the bank. Tell him Kirby said hey.
