how do i file a medical malpractice suit in texas?

lawyers keep turning me down even though i have proof and a letter from my doctor stating i was misdiagnosed.

1. What kind of proof? You probably have to contact the medical board in your state. If you have just a "letter" saying that you have been misdiagnosed.
2. Go to your local courthouse and ask them the process but if attorneys are turning you down they must not think you have a case.
3. look for a lawyer with cases with experience in the field...if your being turned down it might be that your case is really no good or most important thier is no money to be won from the person your looking to sue why do they say they wont take the case?
