1. doubt anywhere. What do you want to gain from it? hospitals aren't normally the subject of malpractice suits or should i say the correct target of malpractice suits.
2. You can't. You might look at the agency in Illinois that licenses doctors and hospitals, and perhaps the information would be obtainable under a Freedom of Information request ...however, one caution: a malpractice case filed against a doctor might not also include as a defendant a hospital.
3. You can't without paying big bucks for it. Findlaw.com is a possibility, but it isn't very good.
