  1. drop the work comp claim and get back to work. You will further ahead.
  2. Yes, your attorney should be able to obtain them for you.
  3. You are entitled to them from your Dr. If it is their Dr then your Atty should be able to supply them.
  4. If you are appealing a letter of denial or closure, ask the attorney for injured workers; free for workman's comp cases, to ask for them. You can talk to your worker from Workman's comp. Put everything in writing- copies, and don't expect anything to be done without a letter to them. Call the Industrial division for Workman's comp cases- they are monitoring them, and will give you an idea of your rights and whether they will get involved at some point. If you are in appeal, they are supposed to hand over all papers to the lawyer for review. I've found some stuff like a safety report not mentioned, in records or files and some things I had, which the lawyer was not given, helped my case. Hang in there. You know your losses.
