I signed some medical records release forms?

I signed medical release forms for a lawyer regarding a car accident. Will they be able to get my psychology notes that I consider very private and have nothing to do with my injuries. They are held at the same clinic and are about 10 years old!

1. No, your lawyer will not be able to obtain your psychological records with the HIPPA release forms you signed for you PI case. The forms you signed are so they can obtain your hospital, chiropractic, physical therapy, etc. records. On the forms you signed, you have to initial your permission for psychological records. If you didn't initial that portion, your lawyer cannot obtain that information. And they wouldn't ask to obtain those records unless it was part of your litigation.
