Does anyone know a good lawyer in Phila for?
a botched eye surgery? The surgery was supposed to decompress my right eye that was bulging. Not only does it look like nothing was done at all and no improvement, but there's also something wrong with my lower eyelid. And it really bothers me that this Dr. got paid for this. I feel she should be held accountable. I'm so self-conscious. I notice when speaking to people that they are distracted. I imagine I would need a medical malpractice lawyer. I don't know where to turn. Does anyone know of someone good in my neck of the woods?

- Didn't they explain the risks and possible outcomes of the procedure? Every surgery has the risk of being unsuccessful. Sometimes it can leave you worse than prior to surgery. It isn't necessarily the fault of the doctor. You should start by seeing another doctor, find out if the first one screwed up or if it was a risk of the procedure. Surgery should never be taken lightly. There is no such thing as surgery without risks.
