Where can I give an anonymous tip to a government agency concerning possible medical malpractice?
Where would I do this? I am looking for a place that I can email. Needs to be government/law enforcement.

- Depending on were you live you can e-mail the people who monitor Dr's..i live in Ontario canada and if i have something to report i send my comments to this web address.http://www.cpso.on.ca this is the college of physicians..every province in canada has their own and every state has their own also..do a websearch for where ever you live or call a local hospital and they will point you in the right direction..i agreee with you that Dr's who neglect or do wrong should be reported..good luck
- You can contact the state licensing agency for doctors, nurses, etc. But if you're anonymous, they may not take you seriously. First go to your state's web site and do a search for the appropriate department amd contacts, including telephone numbers and email addresses.
- Call the Justice Department. They have certain forms to fill out for certain types of complaints. fill em out and they will look into it for you and keep you anonimouse. You can also call the AMA and file complaints for malpractice against any medical professional. You need to give your name in order for them to take the complaint to investigation. You will remain anonomouse due to their ethics if you ask to remain anonomouse. You have to remember that anyone at any time can slander your good name into oblivion all they want. To make it serious in put you have to give your name and reasons to the proper athorities. They in turn are required to keep it secret as to who turned it in if you ask for anonimity. Care providers have to by law report crimes and harrassment against their clients and carrry a card that says they are. there are laws that back up the protection of "whistle blowers". In my experience they don't work without a good lawyer in your pocket. But you should be proud of blowing thw whistle in an effort to protect the public or your self from criminal acts.
- You've already done it...
