My 85 yr old mother wants to sue Walmart for her medical. Who can she contact if no lawyer will help her?
A display item fell on her head and caused her several thousands of dollars in medical bills. Walmart offered her $1500.00 she wants her bills paid. No lawyer will touch the case because they say Walmart is too rich to lose. She needs advise. Please help. She has immediate on the scene pictures and a witness. The statute of limitations runs out in March.

- It's surprising that no lawyer will touch the case. If she went to the hospital and was hurt then you should be able to at least have your case heard. Also, if you used some kind of lawyer referral line for a free consultation then don't waste your time or energy. If you want results then you will have to pay a reputable lawyer at least for the first consultation. Most lawyers you find on the referral lines are not willing to even try when they hear the word Wal-Mart. It's like they are too lazy or too affraid to lose. The sad thing is that attitudes like that are what is giving big companies like that that type of power.
- Dont' wait until statute of limitations runs out... Why is the reason a lawyer won't help? Were there witnesses? Was it reported to the store manager? Was it cought on store camera? Were there immediate pictures of the injury? Call any lawfirm in your area or get the yellow pages, or internet searches on personal injury lawyers. Someone must be interested in handling the case.
